  • AEO / GEO Audits: Analysis of your brand's visibility across AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Claude.
  • Implementation: Building and deploying optimization strategies to improve your brand's presence in AI-generated answers.
  • Managed Services: Ongoing monitoring and optimization of your AI search visibility.

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the audit and discovery process. You are responsible for ensuring your team's compliance with any internal policies regarding the use of AI tools.

3. AI Disclaimer and Accuracy

Our services utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. You acknowledge that AI outputs can occasionally be inaccurate or biased (hallucinations). While we implement “human-in-the-loop” safeguards, LightLogic does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated content or autonomous actions.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Tools: We retain all rights to our proprietary frameworks, custom code, and methodologies used to deliver our services.
  • Your Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the specific reports and strategies we create for your business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LightLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided (initially the United Arab Emirates), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
