• Managed Services: Ongoing monitoring and optimisation of your AI search visibility.

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the audit and discovery process. You are responsible for ensuring your team's compliance with any internal policies regarding the use of AI tools.

3. AI Disclaimer and Accuracy

Our services utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) models. You acknowledge that AI outputs can occasionally be inaccurate or biased (hallucinations). While we implement “human-in-the-loop” safeguards, Omni Eclipse does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated content or autonomous actions.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Tools: We retain all rights to our proprietary frameworks, custom code, and methodologies used to deliver our services.
• Your Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the specific reports and strategies we create for your business.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Eclipse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
